Cate Luzio is a corporate veteran, well traveled, and a major advocate for empowering women, building Luminary from the ground up
Summary: Frustrated with the lack of gender equality in the workplace, Cate Luzio turned her twenty plus years of experience in finance into a hub for the development of womens’ personal and professional lives. Women are paid 80% of what men are paid. To bridge this gap and break down silos, Cate built Luminary, a flexible space for women to get the same opportunities for professional development, mentorship and experience that male counterparts have always enjoyed. Not only does she reveal how she advocates for gender equality in the corporate structure, but she also delves into how she built Luminary and how we can create our own support structures to bolster gender equality.
